The Education Director assures that the Highlands Center for Natural History provides quality and innovative educational programming that is in line with the mission, core values and strategic plan of the Center. The Education Director oversees the work of two on-site Program Coordinators, the Schoolyard Habitat Coordinator, seasonal program staff and program contractors. The position works cooperatively with other full time staff. This position is supervised by the Executive Director. The position also assists the Executive Director with strategic planning, administration and fundraising.
