School Programs Coordinator
The School Programs Coordinator (SPC) is responsible for the coordination and delivery of school-based educational programs, including school field trips, the Schoolyard Habitat Program, homeschool programs, and other custom youth programs. This role serves as a lead instructor, regularly teaching and guiding student groups in outdoor, nature-based settings. The SPC works in collaboration with the Education Manager and other education staff to support additional programs as needed. This is a site-based role and requires occasional evening and weekend work.


Summer Nature Camp Leader
Our Summer Nature Camp Leaders create fun, welcoming, and adventurous days where kids can explore, play, and connect with the natural world. Working alongside our Education Team, Camp Leaders guide small groups of campers through hands-on, nature-based activities that support curiosity, confidence, and care for the environment.
This full-day, outdoor role is perfect for someone who enjoys leading groups, mentoring kids, and learning through play in nature. If you’re energetic, thoughtful, and happiest outside, this could be your perfect summer.
Teen Internship Program
Love being outside and curious about working with kids? Our Teen Internship is a hands-on summer experience for teens ages 14–17 who want to learn, lead, and grow in nature. Interns support hikes and activities, work as part of a collaborative camp team, and build confidence in communication, teamwork, and leadership while forming a deeper connection to the natural world.
