This course was designed with seniors in mind. Tom Benson, Highlands Center Naturalist for over 27 years, has created this six week course to connect you with some wonders of the natural world, others, and yourself. Each class focuses on a topic in natural history such as geology, wildlife, and edible plants and then covers nine lifestyles that have been statistically supported to not only lengthen your life but enrich those years as well.
