Community Nature Study Series: Coyote as Survivor, Teacher, and Trickster

A general talk on the ‘barking dog’ (Canis latrans) from thousands of years
of survival to becoming a teaching example of morals and being a trickster.
And more. Given and led by someone who has done a lot of research on
the subject. Learn something about the Mearns coyote which lives in our area.

Includes classroom and field components. Come prepared to hike on easy to moderate trails.
